Positive: I liked very much the privacy, the locality, there was a bit struggle with the parking, because in Prague you have to pay for parking in the whole city, but later it was easy to recognize 2 possible areas where to park. The one where I could park for whole 24h hours was very close at the end. The best thing how to handle parking was park application on smartphone EasyPark. It was also integrated with the application for public transport called PID Litacka and that was great as well. Those are just advices for any potential clients for the future. The property was very clean, nice, especially very valued very much the bed for kids in living room because they had like 3 "walls" of four edges so we didn't worried that they could fall of the bed in the night. The environment around was very family friendly. There is nearby also a children playground so children were happy. There is also a good connection with public transport and it's very easy to get into the center in a 30 mins which is great and you don't need to bother with parking in the center. So really 9 start out of 10 :).
Negative: Very small disadvantage was that there were tool few pots in the kitchen so I would advice the owner to add there at least one or two middle pots because if you want to cook e.g. some dinner and a chicken soup you would miss them.
Summary: Enjoyable stay in very calm and family friendly environment with easy access to city center.
